Wow do I feel relieved! Had my first real crap post-surgery and it was nice and solid. I need to get some colace to soften things. But seriously, that relieved me a bit cuz I was getting worried.

did you weigh yourself afterwards? I remember my first one after surgery. I literally lost 4lbs! I didn't think it was possible to "go" that much.

Yep. Try and find a regimen that works. The struggle is real.
