Any advice to pass lots of gas

I have horrible gas pains that will not pass. Tried everything and nothing.

Walk, walk, walk. Sounds simple, but it's honestly the very best thing you can do.

Me too. Walking as often as possible plus gas x. I've also found that if I change positions I can find a position that helps expel the gas. So sorry- today is the first day I have not been doubled over with gas pain.

Not a chance..lol...yeah walking is not doing it. I walked all day and nothing.

Walk, walk, walk, and Lay on your left side. If that doesn't work, lean over something like the bed. For me, laying on my left side helped so much, like magic. Hubby was highly entertained and was sure to sleep up wind. Mine continued for 3 to 4 days, in spurts.

Phazyme helped me

Careful with gum, I was chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles and it made me sick when I'd suck the air back in.
