Increase intake protein etc..your at what they call a stall..your body is not use to the drastic lost so it needs time to catch up..on one of the doctors notes they explain about it more and what you can do sometimes it works and sometimes it does not but it's worth a try..if you can't find it let me know I'll search for it again and post it for you Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. It's no trap and this one is all on you! If you like the ideal weight and will continue the new healthy life style then do not do the surgery remember the surgery is just a tool and you have found another tool that helps you. Just keep maintaining keep using the tool for help and guidance and if you do not feel you need the surgery DON'T. Remember you have found another tool to replace the main tool. Good luck to you
  18. Don't forget you can increase your fluids, proteins, increase activity and up your calories to try to break the stall. Your body is just telling you one thing now you have to trick it to do another...or just wait the stall will pass..good luck

I guess after I see the cardiologist they will set a date and time!? Im still a little confused on that one been to so many classes and told so many things that's the one thing that has not been told as to when one decides to tell you the surgery date..well I know it's not Oct 16th thats the day I see the cardiologist so now the wait is really on.
