  4. I laughed so loud! I’m almost 5 1/2 months out and have only lost 58 pounds. You have lost that in 3 months... you’re fine. Stretching occurs over time
  5. I had VSG surgery on 8/23/17 so I am about 5 months out and now 58 pounds down. 30 of those pounds came off within the first few weeks. I feel like now Im slipping into bad habits because I am unmotivated. I still eat small portions and get full quickly but not losing. Is it too late for me to get back? Did I mess up royally? I haven’t moved in a couple weeks and I’m really frustrated. SW-335 CW- 277 Any tips for getting back on the losers Bench? I don’t want this to be the end of my journey when I’m still heavy.

  7. Following! It’s always good to have support of someone going through it! Stay strong. As long as we aren’t gaining we are still winning
  8. I normally stay anywhere from 800-1200 calories a day and Still don’t lose so don’t feel bad
  9. If you need a friend or ever want to talk hit me up on Snapchat or Instagram. I love having friends through this jojrney
  10. It’s frustrating! It’s just hard because I’m eating like a fraction of what I used to but I’m just staying the same. Lol like I’m not someone who can just have stuff in moderation and lose Weight my stupid body needs to starve to lose weight. I hare people who can eat and eat and not gain weight. I’ll admit I’ve pushed myself a few times because it’s like I’m not seeing results but for the most part I want to get below 200 alrwsdy
  11. Yeah I started at 335 and now at 275 and now weight is coming off slow and I feel like it’s because of eating habits. I’m kinda going to do a restart for the next week and get back on track.

  15. Anyone else lose slow after they had the surgery? I hate to be one of those people who complain but it seriously gives me anxiety. Anyone else feel like the sleeve didn’t work? I’m 4 months out and 48 lbs lost. I started at 335 and now I’m at 287. Will I lose more? I know a loss is a loss but most of it came off the first month and now super slow. Any advise? Anyone who lost 10 pounds a month hit 100 pounds lost? Just looking for similar stories.

  17. Ugh barely hit the 48 pound mark today. My weight is coming off so slow and it’s so frustrating. I wish I was hitting the 100 pound mark it’s hard to believe that’s going to happen for me. Surgery weight- 335 Current weight- 287 Surgery date 8/23

  19. Still really frustrated. I feel like everyone is just passing me up and I’m stuck in the beginning. I had surgery on 8/23. I’m coming up on 3 months and I’ve lost 38 pounds. It’s so frustrating. Most of that was the first month. I’ve prob only lost 4 pounds last month and 4 the month before that. What’s wrong with me? Why am I losing so slow? Sw-335 cw 297
  20. Because we have lost the same amount of weight and I️ am a 100 pounds heavier than you which means I️ should be losing more at a faster pace. You can not compare your weight loss to someone who is heavier than you.

  24. Must be nice to be able to brag about losing weight. I’ve only lost 37 Pounds since 8/23 and no one can see the difference. I️ can’t even tell. I️ hate that I️ got this stupid surgery because I’m never losing the weight. Surgery weight- 335 Current weight- 298
