If nothing is more important the first week the liquids remember even if u are getting exercise in not having enough water can still form blood clots...sleeved Feb 12th on first week of pureed well not getting 6 meals in a day at 4 oz but pureed tuna and Wendy's chili 3 times a day at 2oz.   6. Has anyone thought about the KETODIET I'm going to ask my doctor I do not know enough about it but its suppose to be low in carbs
  7. Sleeved Feb 14th I will not weigh myself until I can fill and see a difference. I still can only do 2oz of fluids I get on the bike 3xs a day ten mins a day and put in about 5000 steps. When i go in to see the Dr. If he tells me I have not lost 12 pounds then him and I will revisit what I have been doing.

A lot of doctors are different I'm on stage 2 (week 2) which is nothing but full liquids for 2 weeks the 3rd stage (weeks 3&4) is pureed foods then stage 4 (week 5&6) soft foods stage 5 I can go to regular food. Increase intake protein etc..your at what they call a stall..your body is not use to the drastic lost so it needs time to catch up..on one of the doctors notes they explain about it more and what you can do sometimes it works and sometimes it does not but it's worth a try..if you can't find it let me know I'll search for it again and post it for you Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
