  6. I wanna know how people in my situation are doing??? I have lost 8 pounds since the operation I feel good, I get full by “eating” so little, I am in the liquid stage, I have tried eggs, beans etc.. all good, but my biggest concerns are: will my hair fall off?? Do I need vitamins? (My doctor said he doesn’t recommend them??) and my scars, would you guys recommend any good cream, oil? To make them go away?? And, will I ever eat solid food :/?? Thanks!

  8. I had mine the exact same day as youuu!!! Yay twins I am feeling good I guess, just trying to get to know my new stomach, it is a baby we gotta teach each other what to eat and not to eat I am in the liquid diet, I have tried eggs, beans, pureéd meals but my biggest worry is to loose hair, and to hurt my body by not eating ( because oviously I barely eat) :/ btw. Sorry for my crappy English I am Mexican hehe )
  9. I hope ur feeling better I am honestly in the stage of regretting the surgery, feeling nostalgic:/ I am sick of the liquids but that’s all my stomach can take :/!!!! I get full by 4 oz of water it’s ridiculous

  15. Same, I am 4 days post op, cried 2 days ago because I was pushing myself to have liquids because I wanted to keep up with the liquid diet and my stomach wasn’t feeling like it. I feel tired too, I drink a little bit sometimes I say to myself what have I done but I hope it’s all for my health and to look good can’t wait to try normal food like chicken, salads etc. But also afraid that my stomach would not accept the changes :/. Greetings from Mexico !
