  1. So...Im a student and just transferred. My new school has a gym where membership is included with tuition. I have a 2 hr break in between some classes and was considering restarting C25K. I LOVE running outside but i don't have time this semester. What is the difference? Is it just as good?
  2. I shared with another bariatric patient. The floor was for people specifically recovering from stomach and intestinal surgeries. I didnt hear any vomiting though. We were given quite a bit of anti nausea medication.
  3. Yes but there are a lot of alternatives. Im 1 year post OP and still cant eat most breads (thin slice sprouted wheat is the only one really.) Cauliflower pizza is off the hook, healthier, and wont mess you up lol.
  4. Yes but theyre small and i wouldnt have these regrets if i didnt start eating better (which i did because of surgery.) So not much of a regret as an "awww man!" For example. I recently tried asparagus for the first time. It was freaking amazing! Like wow i could eat this every week for a year lol. However i cant tolerate them at all. 5. I started smoking again about two months after. No edibles as most are sugar filled (although I had mints that were ok.) I was starting to get hooked on oxy methinks so....
  6. I used to be a chocoholic. Now it's ok at best and usually only consumed as hot cocoa. I'm absolutely in love with salt. I wasnt into salt before. I don't like candy as much because it's too sweet! Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. We have one opening up soon. What is it about? I mean like...what makes it different than any other gym? To be honest I thought it was a juicing place at first [emoji23]
  8. Nope. My BMI is higher than it was in high school yet i can fit smaller clothes. I got a lot of muscle now! Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. I dont have an obgyn assigned since pregnancy but yeah let me know! Never heard of non hormonal pill
  10. Did you just ask for a blood specialist or were you referred? Sometimes requesting a specialist is a nightmare through my medical group ugh
  11. I heard of some problems with Essure. My husband got a vasectomy instead but I'd get it if it meant I could be free from anemia
  12. I haven't had an increase in flow. It's my normal flow and I'm struggling with iron. I don't want any more kids. In fact my husband had a vasectomy. I hated being pregnant with a passion lol.
  13. I can't do anything with hormones my oncologist says and the copper IUD doesn't help with periods [emoji17]
  14. Like seriously! Pre surgery I was an avid blood donor. Now I'm constantly on the verge of needing a transfusion. I take around 90mg iron. I cant take birth control because of liver problems. I was thinking uterine ablation or something to help lighten it. Any advice?
  15. Good or bad I drank something I didn't recall being carbonated and vomited shortly after. So if you're gonna do it, I say at home where you're comfy just in case
  16. I'm 9 months out and can only eat Dave's Killer thin slice sprouted grain.
  17. How do they work? I mean be a shirt and compress the belly?
  18. I had jeggings but I guess I lost enough weight to make them just pants lol. Then again loose skin wasn't an issue when I bought them
  19. So I finished C25K! I then...injured myself and was doing walking only for a bit so I could still lose weight. Now I've started C210K (not continuing since i took a month off) and it is painful to run. The belly jiggle was just embarrassing before but now legitimately hurts. Same with doing non running cardio (jumping jacks, burpees, etc.) Has anyone had this problem and tried compression clothing? Does it help?
  20. "You have huge cheek bones." Yes thank you I have Soux and Choktaw ancestors [emoji23] SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
  21. I haven't but I was a huge Lactaid fan before surgery. They make a chewable tablet as well. Used to buy the generic and it wasn't too bad. SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
  22. You mean diarrhea beasts? SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
  23. Try melatonin first SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
  24. Where I live you can't "sell" bodily tissue and that includes blood components. Therefore we cannot get cash. Make sure you are selling and that its legal where you live. I was deferred for plasma, platelets, and double red units because of asthma but I was a prominent whole blood donor before! Make sure you stay on top of everything because it will wear you out! SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
  25. Oh my god yes! And it wasn't like this when I was the same weight years ago. I'd go twice a day if he was up for it. And Way better than when I was in my early 20s. Things have definitely gotten Wild in the bedroom SW: 366 CW: 315 GW1: 200 RNY Dec 18, 2017!
