I’ve know we were bound to lose hair because we’re not getting enough nutrients and I’ve been losing a lot of hair when I brush after I shower I don’t have any bald spots yet from what I noticed but my question here is I always get my hair dyed due to grays will dye force more to fall out should I just skip this treatment?

I just did my hair 2 weeks ago and it doesn't make a difference according to my colourist.

I colored mine about a month or two ago, and the falling out seems to have slowed down, so I didn't notice any connection between coloring it and losing it. Definitely ready for it to get a bit thicker now, thanks!

If you're going to color, make sure you do conditioning treatments. Of course, it's better to not color. But sometimes coloring helps it look fuller or boost your self esteem. Just try to help your hair stay in the best shape possible. I don't know your hair length, but a shorter length is lighter so doesn't come out as bad. (According to my stylist... mine isn't as bad now. I don't know if it was the new cut other month or coincidence) Biotin and collagen powder help too of course

Most importantly make sure you get lots of Protein, your diet is key to your Hair loss, also of course take care of your hair and you cando coconut oil treatments , put it in your hair and leave it in overnight and wash out the next day and condition and you should always use professional Shampoo especially if your hair is color treated! Good luck, hope this helps!

I cut mine to right above my shoulders. It's not falling out as bad, but the best part is that the new cut helped it look thicker and healthier

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
