Anyone out there in the progress of getting approved and getting a date? I'm aiming for a January date but would not be surprised if it ends up February. Anyone else out there?

I too am worried about the post-op pain but know it will be short lived. If anything I am more concerned about knowing how to live right afterward. I am excited thinking about being skinny, looking in my closest of black clothes and actually find something I WANT to wear and can fit into that has color and style. Don't worry too much on the little things and think about all the good things that will come with having the surgery. I am pretty sure that will get you excited :-)

Very true! I can’t wait to wear the clothes in my other closet that I’ve been holding onto for years. I think
I’ll be really excited a few months from now seeing some of the results! You will adjust to your new healthy lifestyle!

Yep, think he's still living. At any rate his daughter Sharon was touring and performing some of her Daddys songs, she was at Northfield Park between Cleveland and Akron last year but I didn't get tickets to go.
