Hi there, I’m new here... in NJ. Surgery date is 2/16. Just had my pre-op appointment with my surgeon this morning. Ready to go! Super anxious and nervous.

Very true! I can’t wait to wear the clothes in my other closet that I’ve been holding onto for years. I think I’ll be really excited a few months from now seeing some of the results! You will adjust to your new healthy lifestyle!

Is your pre-op diet a liquid diet? Mine is high protein and reduced calories. You will get through it! My surgery is Feb 16. When is yours?

I don’t know why but I’m not excited yet. I’m a big wimp, so worried about the post-op pain. Hope some of your excitement will rub off on me!
