  11. When can you start taking pills or Vitamins without crushing them or been chewables or gummies? I don't like the taste of the pills that I have to crush or some of the chewables vitamins I take.
  12. Hello, same issue here. I had surgery on 2/6/18 and maybe like 1 week post op started spotting and with a terrible yeast infection where they had to give twice treatment because it was not going away. Now I had my period for over a week, is light and not a lot of cramping. I definitely think it have to be relate to the surgery, I have the IUD for almost 4 years now and don't get my period. I have an appointment with my gynecologist hopefully there is a solution to this. Hope your's get better soon.

  26. I am doing 2 Premier Protein a day for meal replacement and 1 bar so I am only doing one meal a day which most of the day is only salad and protein . I did that for 1 entire week and the scale looks the same to me.
  27. @orionburnI am suppose to start the 2 week diet this week, but I decided to start before and I have been doing the diet for 1 week already and honestly I don't see any difference on the scale and I am so scare to get to my surgery day with the same weight, I am not sure why that scale is not going down
  28. Have anybody try any Cleansing or Detox to help losing some weight prior to the surgery? Any advise on brands or anything good out there to help with the weight.
