Cleansing and Detox

Have anybody try any Cleansing or Detox to help losing some weight prior to the surgery? Any advise on brands or anything good out there to help with the weight. :)

@orionburnI am suppose to start the 2 week diet this week, but I decided to start before and I have been doing the diet for 1 week already and honestly I don't see any difference on the scale and I am so scare to get to my surgery day with the same weight, I am not sure why that scale is not going down :(

Really? That's surprising. Sometimes switching over to a low carb diet takes a few days for it to kick in. I suppose I'm lucky in that I shed a few pounds rather quickly starting out before it starts to taper off. Any idea of where you're at with your carb intake for a day?

I am doing 2 Premier Protein a day for meal replacement and 1 bar so I am only doing one meal a day which most of the day is only salad and protein . I did that for 1 entire week and the scale looks the same to me.
