Cincinnati or Tri-State (OH, KY, IN) area?

My surgery date is 6/28/17. I'd really like to find some other ladies within driving distance who'd be interested in meeting up face to face every month or more?

I'm also interested in finding a workout buddy-even if it's though FaceTime! [emoji23] I just need to find some support. I'm personally not ready to tell my family & friends right now, since most of them have not ever struggled with weight. They just can't understand. I REALLY need someone who actually DOES understand. I'm in SE KY (off 75), I'm definitely down for FaceTime workouts lol I don't know if I can drive all the way to Cinci monthly but my sleeve date is 7/18 [emoji4]

I had given up on getting a reply! [emoji23]
I'll message you!

Hello! It's good to see some people close by to me. I'm on the east side of Cinci. However, I not looking for a work-out buddy. I'm still in the "nobody will ever see me exercise" frame of mind. I'll exercise locked away in my basement. lol

My surgery was on May 23rd and its been a struggle ever since. Who are your doctors?

I wish you guys luck!

I live near Cleveland in Amherst Ohio. I was sleeved ok May 31. I'm currently walking about a mile ok. Stairs or inclines quickly wear me out. I'm 42 years old and don't do face time but would like to keep touch here.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
