I am 4 days out post op from my surgery and I am trying to get meal ideas and the one meal that has been throwing me for a loop is Breakfast so far it's been a Protein Shake or a oikos triple zero banana cream yogurt I was thinking eggs or cottage cheese blended together.

i would really love some help or ideas places to go for recipes

I've made egg salad with mayo and I've made egg salad with mashed up avocado. Those to me were easier to eat then the scrambled eggs with cheese.

I found these Jimmy Dean frittatas in the frozen section. They are fast and easy, and really tasty. I like them because they are so easy to take with me to work. Sometimes I will eat one for lunch also.

I eat 1 egg scrambled with 1/2 piece of cheese and 2 oz of grilled chicken every morning. I wasn't able to have eggs on my plan until week 3 post-op and chicken until week 7 post-op, but once you are allowed those things, it offers a good dose of Protein and is quite filling first thing in the morning.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
