First post here, my wife and I are getting sleeved together. We both started the process in January and we've fortunately been able to attend all our the appointments together. We both received our insurance authorization last week following a 3 month supervised diet, and today we were both scheduled. We requested dates a month apart since we have a 3 yr old daughter to take care of. My wife wants to go first so her date is 5/30 and mine is 6/27. It's official now so I figure its a good time to formally join the forum! [emoji3]

My Surgery date is June 1. On 5/24 I go in for the EGD scope and then the next day I start my liquid diet. I am as nervous about that as I am about no longer doing lunch with my normal lunch bunch. I will say it is the lunch bunch that has helped me get to this point, but I am ready for the lifestyle change. Best of luck to all of you!
