Not at all, just head hunger, mostly and slight headache on day 2. Although I have been on a somewhat low carb diet for a while now, prior to starting the preop.

Liquid diet day 5 going strong, too strong to work out though. Thinking of doing Tae bo or Leslie sansone (Don't if I spelt the name correctly) home DVD workouts until surgery day.
