Waking up dizzy/shaky

Recommended Posts

Really watch this closely... if you are dehydrated, it will be hard to catch up on your Water and get rehydrated on your own. You might need to go to urgent care or the ER, or at the least, call your doctor's office and please let them know how you are feeling.

A couple of weeks ago, I was having dizzy spells and lightheadedness and I went to urgent care. They sent me on to the ER. They ran tests and found that I was dehydrated and also had a urinary tract infection (most likely brought on because I was not getting enough liquids, even though I thought I was). Stayed all day at the ER and they did IV fluids to help me out.

Drink, drink, drink. Please make sure you get enough. It is so important. And please don't hesitate to call your doctor or go get treatment today.

Dehydrated for sure, I was put on iv fluids 3 times after leaving hospital. Tell you Dr. Or go to ER.

Have you checked your sugar levels in the morning when you're having these symptoms? Even if you weren't diabetic before surgery, the drastic reduction in calories, coupled with possible dehydration can throw your body off while it adjusts.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
