Looking fab, I'm at the start I have my op on 27 th of Feb, how long after could you go to the gym sWimming, and many times a week did you go the gym. X

Actually my doctor said i can go swimming after around 2 weeks post-op, the same with cardio training. But i had to wait to 6 months to start weight lifting. I usually go 3 to 4 times a week, it depends. I still from time to time cheat a little bit lol but the most important thing is to always exercise. it's always the solution for weight loss stalls.

OMG you look awesome!!! I'm 11 months post op too. I've lost 105 lbs so far. Ice for to get back in the gym. I lost my sister recently (she was a sleeved by only 3 weeks before she passed) and it has had me really down. I'm really happy for you. Great job!!!

cool man. the first couple of months will be a little bit hard, but you're about to enter a wonderful phase in your life. You'll feel down sometimes, but it's all worth it when you see yourself in the mirror after a while :-)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
