Feb 1 I was 299.8. Made it under 300 it's been 10 years since I've been in the 200's

November 23rd. Surgery weight 370 cw 319. Lots of fluids and meal planning. No real exercise program yet.

Hey how is everyone doing?

I was sleeved Nov 14, and since then I'm down 45 pounds! I've been pretty steadily losing 2 pounds a week. In total, down 70 pounds, since I lost 25 pre-op. I feel like I'm in a tiny bit of a stall now, but it's okay; I haven't been ~good~ this week since I was visiting friends...

Sleeved Nov 25th, lost 65 so far from pre-liquid diet, 50 from surgery date.

sleeved 11/18/16 , surgery day weight 243 currently 198 (made it to one-derland) [emoji3] no pre-op diet for me, so a total of 45lbs since surgery....

Sleeved 11/22 and down 35 lbs. I know I need to be more strict on plan and exercise more.

Sleeved 11/22 , down 68 so far, 53 from surgery.

November 12 for me...down 57 lbs so far..including pre-op. I have to be honest I am feeling like it should be more

I'm having a hard time keeping track of everything. From vitamins to food intake and I haven't see my doctor. I'm a mess but I make sure that i do not eat more than my palm size. My hair is falling out like crazy
