Returning to work after sleeve surgery
hi Apple1 i have a desk job and was only out a week and i was ok , however i had a little discomfort on my left side but i would get up and walk around the office every so often, just be careful we all heal differently and remember even though u might not feel it but our bodies are under a lot of stress after any major surgery , good luck [emoji4]

@ redgrind 8am-8:30am premiere protein shakes (with lots of ice bananas or strawberries or both) every morning on my way to work... 10:30am-11am IF i'm hungry i will have breakfast such as Special K cereal w/fat free milk or 2 hard boiled eggs or fruit or yogurt (any kind make sure is low fat and the protein is double digits) 1pm-2pm i have any type of progresso soup (half cup) or lean cuisine or smart ones if i crave a snack between lunch and dinner i will have sugar free apple sauce or pudding or peanuts or tuna pouches (they are low in calories , high in protein) i drink as much water as i can in between...not half hour before or after meals 7pm-8pm i will eat the other half of the soup or steamed veggies with chicken or fish.... i am working on more menus....

@sylvirnblack831 no no no that's not the attitude we want around here , stay positive and don't think about it just continue doing the right things and stay away from the scale, i used to weigh my self everyday now only once a week... i feel i haven't lost much either but it's because i am not working out as i should i eat well but i should be doing both , i am joining a gym with in the next few weeks [emoji4] keep up the good work u are only a month out give ur body a chance....
