  1. Taken in Feb for my 3 wks of a birthday celebration! I am loving life even more, so I had to celebrate even bigger!
  2. My 1 yr, I am still losing but much much slower because I haven't been as disciplined. [emoji136]?‍♀️
  3. Aww thank you![emoji173][emoji173][emoji173]
  4. Yes, lady keep it up[emoji7] I have a little extra tummy skin as well and my boobs are non-existent without a push up bra but I may get surgery for them. I will see what muscle gains can do first. [emoji1]
  5. I'm sorry, I am barely on here anymore. I do a low carb diet with no more than 20g of carbs and I try to keep my protein up with protein drinks, chicken, fish, and bison mostly. For "sugary" snack quest bars, sugar free jello (splenda), or kind bars. I also munch on celery, grape tomatoes, carrots, sunflower seeds, cucumbers and sometimes broccoli. If you want to talk in more detail or get more detail you can follow me on FB @ https://www.facebook.com/soulfullyliving/
  6. 8 mos post-op and 113 lbs down, 17 lbs to goal weight
  7. I did for about a month. I take a crazy amount of Vitamin B ( multivitamin and B-50 complex pill) including biotin gummy. It is back to normal shed.
  8. Goal Weight: 195 Current Weight: 202 Today's Date: 4/30
  9. Is it too late to join. I liked the last one. If it isn't here are my stats: Goal Weight: 195 Current Weight: 205 Today's Date: 4/22
  10. I find for me to lose weight I have to keep my carbs around 20g. So I count everything including any carbs in the shakes and vitamin gummies/chews. All carbs not net. It has worked well before and after surgery. I am down 82 lbs total.
  11. As long as you keep the veggie juice high and fruit juice really low it should be fine.
  12. Gotcha, yea then do day time dates after lunch and before dinner if you can. I just tell guys I like active dates. So we usually go mini-golf, laser tag, putting range, batting cage etc...
  13. Oh ok, I hear ya about the eating out. I don't like to eat out too often either but friends, family, the job etc... seem to want to eat often. I just claim broke, but I guess you can't really do that with the BF. Try suggesting other things to do. It is getting warmer outside and just be honest and tell him you don't like to eat out so much. Maybe offer to cook.
  14. Omg lady, 236 lbs! You are a freaking rock star![emoji41][emoji41][emoji41][emoji41] Yeah, do not let this discourage you. This is just temporary! If you really feel like you need to do something, try lowering your carbs even more and drinking more water. If you are already doing the best you can then hide your scale!!! [emoji23] I get mad at mine, give it the finger and tell it that it doesn't control me. [emoji23]?[emoji23]?
  15. Thanks, if it is close to that time of the month I usually gain 2 lbs and then once it is over then I start to lose again.
  16. I thought it ended Friday! I submitted my weight. But my current weight is 211.
  17. You're an inspiration to me. I have about 45 lbs to go. I lost 76 lbs so far. I hope my abs start to look like yours. I still have little love handles and a slight pudge.
  18. Aww, I am sad it is over! I don't know why I thought we had another week. Lol! It was fun, thank you!!!!!???
  19. 213 lbs, new goal of 212 lbs. Thanks!
