I'm having a hard time keeping track of everything. From Vitamins to food intake and I haven't see my doctor. I'm a mess but I make sure that i do not eat more than my palm size. My hair is falling out like crazy

Make sure your taking your vitamins and getting lots of protine. That will help with hair loss. Good luck!

Hi all!

My highest weight has been 313

at pre op I began at 306

11/25 surgery day: 294

Current weight: 261

Today is 111 days from surgery (week 15)

Loss from HW: 52lbs

loss from preop: 45lbs

loss from surgery: 33lbs

I feel great health wise. No hair falls. I am all protein and water. I have had several stalls where I lose inches but not pounds. I feel like I should have lost more. My clothes are all too big. Many NSV's as people are really noticing my face and body getting smaller, but I still would like to have lost a lot more than this!

I had my surgery Nov 15,2016 and as of today I've lost 88.5 total. I lost 43 before surgery & lost 45.5 after surgery and counting

Was sleeved November 21st! Lost 67 (77 in total) pds so far!! Whoo hoo

I know your pain, I just ended a 5 week stall. But I am still better now in a stall, then I was before surgery.
I was miserable, out of control and without hope. Now, I have hope, and I know I have the rest of my life to lose. We are running marathons, not sprints.

Stay strong!

Nov 14; I lost 25 pounds pre-op, and since then I've lost 55 more for a total of 80 as of today!

It's all been extremely stable for me; two pounds a month, until recently. I went on vacation and I guess I ate a lot of salt; weight just sat in the same place until I got home, and then all at once I lost 10 pounds (in 3 days!) which was probably shedding water weight due to lower sodium intake. <_<;

I started the 2 week prep diet at 311. So I lost 13 pounds on the diet before surgery and 68 pounds since surgery. 81 pounds total. I usually lose a couple of pounds over the course of a month then experience a 1-3 day timeframe where I drop 7-11 pounds. I'm actually due for that whoosh right now, and I must admit despite my progress it's still frustrating that it hasn't happened yet.

I had a 4 week stall but also had days that were like 1200 cal some 1600 cal 1000cal.
I can gain 6 pounds of fluid in a day which is discouraging but this is a journey and I am a work in progress. Down 43 total
