  3. I have the same gets worse the more I stand. I believe mine is from pressure from sagging fat pressing or putting pressure groin area the compressin the nerve. I find if I take some tissue roll it up and tuck it in the fold/groin it lifts the fat roll off the area enough that it makes numbness go away. Thats what I do, just my opinion,

  5. Try wearing it during the day watching telly, you will get used to it . I sat on the couch and would put it on just to get used to it.

  7. You are not doomed!!!! It is a life long journey. I had lost the same as you . But found I was going back to bad habits mainly graising throughout day. So not counting anything. I did have many health issues since March but no excuse. Right now I am back on track it is such a mental game. When my mental health is struggling such as worry I tend to go to food. So with the help of my dietician I have been maintaining and recently started back walking, so If you can log what you eat I use loose it app and map my walk app shows you your progress. Start baby steps,
  8. I had my sleeve done on 11/7/16 pre op weight 344 ish cw 305, since the surgery I have had major major health issues. Malignant melanoma, anaphylaxis, heart attack, now diagnosed with stage 3-4 cirrhosis. I have not lost any weight for past 4 months. My anxiety is getting the best of me with each crisis. I am grazing I need to stop!! I am just overwhelmed. I never drank, I feel like I am a failure with the weightloss. I need to cope better! Any suggestions?

  13. Sleeved 11/7/16 HW 347 SW 342 CW 299 I had a 4 week stall but also had days that were like 1200 cal some 1600 cal 1000cal. I can gain 6 pounds of fluid in a day which is discouraging but this is a journey and I am a work in progress. Down 43 total

  17. OMG So So happy and thrilled for you!!!!!!!! I have hit a stall for 4 weeks and have been at 304! So that is fantastic!!!!!

  21. So Good news no spread to lymph nodes! I will have surgery March 2 with a graft or flap to fill in where they will take out the rest of the melanoma. Trying to stay focused and mindful of my eating. Yesterday I felt I was back on track and walked and made good choices. Thanks for all support!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
