  7. I got the sleeve in October 2017. I was down 135lbs and it felt great. Last April I started to gain a little back. I wasn’t surprised since I wasn’t being as strict as I had been. Unfortunately, it has snowballed and I have gained 35lbs back. I feel like I never had the surgery and my sweet tooth is out of control. Could I have stretched my stomach out back to the size it was? How can I shrink it? Help! Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, it has snowballed and I have gained back 35lbs. I feel like I have totally stretched my stomach out. I need more food to feel satisfied and my sweet tooth is out of control. Is it possible I stretched my stomach so much that I feel like I didn’t even have the surgery? How can I shrink it? Can I? Help! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  15. So I had my first gain! [emoji20] I have been doing great and down 70lbs. Didn’t have a great week so I am not surprised but still upset. Scared its going to keep happening! Feel like I have been needing more food to feel satisfied and have been eating more! Any suggestions to get back on track?

  18. I am kinda freaking out! Had gastric sleeve in October and my hair is significantly falling out. I know it is a part of the weight loss surgery journey but I feel if it keeps falling out at the rate it is I am going to be bald. What is everyone’s experience with this? Will it stop? If so when?
  19. When did everyone start to drink alcohol?
  20. What is the name and where do you order them? Thanks
  21. Got the sleeve on 10/18. Just started solids last week and gained for the for the first time this week. Has anybody one else gained when they started solids?
  22. I live in New York and our Vitamin shoppes don’t sell food and we don’t have a Krogers. [emoji35]

  25. Is it possible to stretch your stomach out from drinking water/liquid too quickly? Big gulps?
  26. Got the sleeve 10/18. So far things are going well. Just wondering if any else has experienced or know what it means when your stomach makes crazy noises. Not hunger growls but just noises. it's hard to explain. Also, hurts a little but not bad. More just uncomfortable.
  27. Got my sleeve surgery one week ago. Up until today I have felt no hunger and having a hard time getting 2 oz down. Today was the first day I actually felt hungry and ate 4 oz of salmon for dinner and was full but not stuffed. I then had some tea about an hour later and then a protein shake as a snack a few hours later. Didn’t finish but could have. And i am able to take bigger sips without pain. I feel like that is too much this early. Is it maybe just swelling is going down and healing is happening? I don’t want to stretch my stomach out. Anyone else experience this? What is the average amount that should be eaten at each meal this early?
