I don't like the artificial sweetener either but if I'm lacking in my Water by mid day I seem to get a bottle of Water down faster with the sf grape flavor. For some reason I can't drink it at night and not everyday either. I drink a lot of lemon water too.

We have this weird thing in our family where we don't like many drinks. My dad only liked coffee, scotch and Water. In that order. My niece only drinks milk, Water and coffee, she's 15. I only drank water, milk and diet coke. I am so thankful I love water as much as I do. flavored water or teas or coffee I don't like. I tried crystal lite but it burns my stomach. Gives me the worst indigestion.

It's all natural flavor packets my nutritionalist recommended to help me increase Water in take. They sell them in ShopRite and Target etc etc. Amazon. It's sweetened with beet juice and stevia leaf, which again are natural and do not leave an artificial aftertaste.

My coworkers are crazy for the watermelon flavor. Even our resident stick in the mud loves it.

I like the Bai drinks, specifically the Molokai Coconut. The flavor is a bit concentrated for me, so I Water it down, which is good because a bottle lasts 2-3 times longer and I drink more Fluid.

5 calories. Sweetened with stevia (but doesn't have that weird aftertaste).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
