Legs hurt so much!

Recommended Posts

I was sleeved 10/27 and for the past few days my legs hurt so much! They are just aching and feel awful. It's mostly my calves, back of my thighs and tops of my legs.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Dehydration? Are you drinking enough liquids?

Vitamin deficiency such as magnesium or potassium? Don't just take potassium supplements, especially larger dosages, if you have any kidney issues.

The best advice is to call your PCP's office on Monday. It is probably nothing to be concerned about. They have medical training, I do not.

Good luck.

I noticed since losing all this weight that it hurts where my leg bones go into my pelvic bowl/hip bones. Overall, I have less aches and pains and they are less severe from the weight-loss but when I get a lot of aching in my muscles, like my calves or my toes or something like that I find that if I take a magnesium supplement even just a couple times it clears itself up. Not the joint aching but The muscular aching. I take natural calm. It's a magnesium supplement. Non-GMO.

I have restless leg, it sometimes aches something fierce. When my calves start to hurt (maybe 1x every 4-6 weeks) I usually drink a 32oz Gatorade. It helps me....and since I can't drink the G2, the sugar in the regular one encourages a "pooping day"

Win-win!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
