Herbal teas.

Recommended Posts

I've never been one for hot herbal tea, until 2 days post op. Do you drink tea? What kind do you like and why? I love sleepy time tea, right now I'm drinking throat coat by traditional medicinal because of the thrush and sore throat I received from surgery.

I like cold herbal teas like peppermint and ginger mixed with something, I like rooibos teas, especially this rooibos and honeybush. I add stevia natural sweetener to it. Also like chai. O found a great Decaf tea sampler at cost plus world market... wonderful teas including a surprisingly yummy chocolate one.

I like lady grey with milk. Earl grey is nice too but lady grey is lighter and sweeter

I enjoy lots of teas, some brands are better than others. I like taoz mmm Bigelow, trader Joe's, and a few others

I love Stash Tea raspberry hibiscus. It's fruity and tangy- -absolutely delicious. Also, hibiscus is supposed to be good for your blood pressure...I've never had a problem with mine so I guess it works! :-P ????

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
