Herbal teas.

I've never been one for hot herbal tea, until 2 days post op. Do you drink tea? What kind do you like and why? I love sleepy time tea, right now I'm drinking throat coat by traditional medicinal because of the thrush and sore throat I received from surgery.

I like cold herbal teas like peppermint and ginger mixed with something, I like rooibos teas, especially this rooibos and honeybush. I add stevia natural sweetener to it. Also like chai. O found a great decaf tea sampler at cost plus world market... wonderful teas including a surprisingly yummy chocolate one.

I like lady grey with milk. Earl grey is nice too but lady grey is lighter and sweeter

I enjoy lots of teas, some brands are better than others. I like taoz mmm Bigelow, trader Joe's, and a few others

I love Stash Tea raspberry hibiscus. It's fruity and tangy- -absolutely delicious. Also, hibiscus is supposed to be good for your blood pressure...I've never had a problem with mine so I guess it works! :-P ????
