Me almost 86 pounds down!!

The first picture was taken Easter Sunday 2016 at my highest weight of 252 pounds! The second picture I took this morning at 166.2 pounds!! My surgery was on 5/16/16 just a little over 5 months ago. I feel great!!!

Congrats on your recent surgery! As far as tips.....I say stick to your plan.....but don't be afraid to alter it a bit for you if you find something that works better....For example, my surgeon's plan allows for all foods, but for me I have better weight loss if I stick to very low carb. So I don't eat breads, Pasta, rice, or starchy veggies.....and of course no sweets. I also walk (a lot)!!! I average between 8 and 10 miles a day. I don't do it all at one time but I do two big walks a day....once first thing in the morning and again in the evening. And then throughout the day my little dog needs a couple of little walks. :-)
