  15. I lost pretty fast at 1st by 6 months in I had already lost over 100 pounds. It has slowed a bit but still has not stopped I am still losing around 10 to 12 pounds a month and shedding inches which I am a okay with it is giving my skin a chance to play catch up. I also put in work I walk 5 miles a day M-F, do weight training 2 times a week and hip hop fitness 2 times a week. I also pretty much stick to Protein because I still cannot eat much so I have to make sure I get that in daily and it is pretty much all I have room for. It was a learning curve (trial and toilet) but I know now when my belly says stop I do That's awesome. I have to get moving. I'm almost 1 month post op and I'm down 30lbs from start weight... But I know I have to move more. Thanks for the inspiration. Again you look amazing, you rock!!! Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  27. My post op guidelines state to never drink from a straw. I know it's because it causes access air but I seem to be able to get more Protein and liquids in when I use a straw. I am 1 month post op today and I'm still having trouble getting in maximum protein. Yesterday I decided to use a straw and doubled my protein intake so if course I'm doing it again today. Is anyone else using straws? Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  28. For me it happens for multiple reasons. At first I felt moving to the next food phase was causing this but now I think it happens because I may eat too fast. A half hour to get liquids down was fine but the same amount of time to get pureed items down would cause foamies/slimies. I'm learning to eat slower with every new food phase but sometimes it just happens. Good luck Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App

  32. Honestly I don't think you've been knowing him long enough to mention it. You're not exclusively dating just talking. Give it some time, hell you should keep looking and keep your potions open as well. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App Options open** Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  33. I went back to work the next week after surgery but I'm an underwriter and I sit all day. My only restriction was no lifting and I had to get up and walk every hour. Ask your surgeon. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
  34. The foamies is a perfect name for it. I don't feel like I'm eating fast. I purchased baby spoons lol and by the time I stop eating the for has been cold for a while. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
