  • Why no get a passion tea, no classic with splenda? There are plenty of sugar-free caffeine-free drinks that can be made there

  • My goal is to get my protein in... That's hard enough. In addition, I like what I like. I do enjoy the sangria herbal tea. Once I'm able to hold a little more in my sleeve, I'll visit. Maybe it will

  • I know everyone's plan is different but I was allowed coffee right away. I only have about 1/2 to 1 cup a day. I don't enjoy it like I use to. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I know the feeling. Went thru it myself but once you get the green light from the surgeon then indulgence will make a come back

Missing coffee but not as much as I thought I would. Just 12 and I am on the lowest does of narcotic pain meds that I have used for years. I think the all protein diet has reduce my chronic inflation.

Oh yes in that case get your protein! ????. I'm 3 weeks post op but I'm able to chug Water at this point so it's a little easier for me to get extra fluids in.

I'm all about Starbucks.

My clinic allows for a cup of coffee a day - not lattes or mochas or other milk based drinks. I've transitioned well to Americanos and straight espresso...in fact, the sweet drinks turn me off now.

I'm 18 months out and have Starbucks almost once a week. Some days, I have just a dark roast coffee with sugar free syrup other times I have a skinny peppermint mocha. I account for those calories just like anything else. I normally do not drink my calories but every once in awhile I will indulge.

Mmmm Starbucks. When I go, I get what I want. Full fat version of whatever strikes my fancy! I only visit it about twice a year, so I don't worry about it too much.
