  1. You need to keep in mind and remember you're going to have LOTS of stalls. Weeks worth at times. It's part of the process. Embrace the Stalls! So there will definitely be months that you lose less and months that you lose more Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. I was 181 at 4 months post op Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Guys this are gods gift to us post op patients! 1yr out and my labs are in point! Check them out. I take multi, iron and D3. They're having a black Friday sale that ends tonight too! Here's the link http://rwrd.io/grgm500
  4. Hi Sherry! This chart is pretty spot on. I was 235 day of surgery (Sleeved) and I'm 5'5. I'm 1yr 1month (exactly today) post op. As of this morning I'm 160. BUT I do alot of lifting at the gym so my muscle mass is a little higher. My goal is 145 but the weight loss has dramatically slowed down. I'm ok with that! I'm happy where I'm at now. It's slowed to like a pound every other month. Lol. Good luck on your weight loss journey! Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app

  15. Embrace the stalls! The 3 week stall might be your 1st but it definitely won't be your last. It's part of the process in becoming your new self. So don't get discourage, embrace them. Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  16. I had dr Chin. He's really good at what he does but not at all personable. I've heard alot of positive about Fedorka! Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. I did! Staff is very nice. I didn't have any issues. Wasn't fond of my Doctor tho. whos your Dr? Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. ^^^ same here. I am self employed myself and was working on my laptop the day I got home. For comfy on the LazyBoy with my liquid to drink and I was good to go. The incisions are only about an inch long and my doctor use glue to shut them. I didn't want to become dependent on any painkillers so the only thing I took was the stuff to help with the gas. And I was just fine. I wouldn't worry about a single thing. If you can handle going home the following day after c-section you can handle anything! You got this girl! 19. I too have had two C-sections and from what Ive heard they are worse than being sleeved. And in my opinion it was about the same if not easier to be sleeved. I had my last child in January 2016 and was sleeved in October 2016. I think with everything you listed as being painful during your C-section it's going to be about the exact same thing. The worst part of being sleeved for me was the gas pain and it only happened once for like 5 minutes and was gone. I don't know why they sent you home the next day after having a c-section. I've never heard of anyone doing that. That would suck! Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
  20. Don't weigh yourself till the end of the 1st month. You're going to hit the 3week stall and it's only going to bother you even more. Wait it out. You'll be happy with the outcome in the end! Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app
