  3. Thanks that really makes me feel better about it. I've been trying to rack my brain of what I was doing wrong and I couldn't come up with anything

  6. Hi everyone! My surgery was on August 2, so I'm in day 20 post-op. I was wondering if anyone has plateaued? I'm on the puréed phase of the diet and I started this plateau about a week ago. I'm walking at least 30min each day. My protein levels are in the 80-90g. Calories less than 800. Fat grams are less than 15 as well. I'm following everything my nutritionist and surgeon said. Any suggestions?

  8. I'm at Day 20 post op and I've been at a plateau for almost a week now. I'm getting enough protein for sure. Any suggestions? I'm still at the puréed stage of the diet.
  9. I felt super week up until about a week and a half after my surgery. The key is to take lots of breaks and walk for shorter intervals more times a day.
  10. I use vitamin patches that I found on the BariatricPal website and I love them. I just put them on before bed and take them off when I wake up. It gives you all the vitamins you need without having to try and get the vitamins down. https://store.bariatricpal.com/collections/vitamin-patch
