1 week to go and I feel like i have so much to do lol whats everyones take on vitamins (for sleeve) I was thinking opurity since it has iron already but its a pill...capsule probably wont be hard to get down but im curious for those who did it already how it worked

The multivitamin is probably the worst pill! Since u can't swallow them whole I've been crushing it and putting it in my water and it tastes horrible lol but the b12 is good and the calcium doesn't tastes like anything.
