  1. Hi sleevers!! So this is my progress pic so far! On the left we have me at 5'8 314 pounds. This pic was taken 2 days before my surgery on August 18,2017 and in the right this photo was taken the other day and i am down 67 pounds! My weight now is 247! Trying to hit 200 by my bday (end of April) but I am so glad I put myself on this journey! I'm starting my YT (under victoria shadoan) blogs for fitness and healthy eating this weekend so please subscribe for recipes and on my Instagram! I do mini cooking tutorials in my stories every evening ??❤️ @torriqurll001 ✨

  3. Yesss[emoji1376][emoji1377][emoji1377][emoji16]
  4. Was sleeved on august 18 and I'm down 55 pounds! I've never felt so good! It's so crazy how your body feels and how much confidence u gain within yourself! I'm so glad I made this lifestyle change and anyone who struggles with weight loss I definitely tell them to consider this surgery![emoji16][emoji1376]
  5. I'm a month and 3 days out and I've lost 31 pounds so far....super happy! Can't wait for this months weight loss numbers[emoji16]
  6. I had surgery 8/18 and I'm down 28 pounds hopefully I can drop these last 2 pounds before the 18th this month so I can hit 30!
  7. Sleeved 8/18 and I just hit my puréed stage....has anyone had their puréed foods get stuck in like the chest area? Caused a lot of discomfort but now I've been thining my pureeds out with water to make them a little less thick. Still don't get the urge to feel hungry but I know I'm not supposed to go without taking in some kind of protein... but I had my post op appointment last week and my doctor said I'm doing amazing. And the plus side down 24 pounds! Trying to hit 30! Hopefully soon [emoji2]
  8. Honestly this isn't an easy surgery to go through for anyone.....some heal faster than others and some don't. Some people can get majority of their liquids in and others can't even meet half of their daily intake. It's a mental thing all around. Take longer walks through out the day to get your mind of the pain or just do extra things around the house. If your just moping around then that makes u think more about the negatives. 3 weeks out is a pretty decent time where u should be able to be out and about with friends. And reading your never going to eat your favorite foods again is bs. I know people personally who've had a successful surgery and have dropped over their goal weight and still have cheat days. It's all about you controlling yourself and saying ok I'm full I'm not going to continue eating this. When your able to eat regular foods again, meal prep for the week and then Friday or Saturday have a cheat meal and then get back on your meal prep the next day. Because if you just give up and just binge eat on all the bad foods that got u where u were before the surgery then the surgery was just pointless you know? It's all in your control! Just think of your goal weight and where u want to see yourself! Or even buy an outfit that u want to fit in by next summer and that can be another motivation for u! Don't give up because I'm rooting for you and I know you can do this...be strong for yourself and push through! [emoji1377][emoji171]

  12. A smart scale? Where did u get that at?[emoji2] I feel like my scale just stares at me all day lol I just want to be healthy in the end though!(:
  13. The multivitamin is probably the worst pill! Since u can't swallow them whole I've been crushing it and putting it in my water and it tastes horrible lol but the b12 is good and the calcium doesn't tastes like anything.
  14. Good luck you've got this!![emoji1377]
  15. HW-314 on 8/7/17 SW-303 8/18/18 CW-296 as of today 8/22/17....I didn't want to get all the scale so early but I had to it kept staring at me lol glad I did though! How often does everyone weigh themselves? Weekly? Every other week? Or even monthly?[emoji848]
  16. Thanks all for the good info! Definitely going to try the crystal light and teas! Even though I don't like brought I know I'm going to have to drink it lol but i know it's going to get easier and easier each day! [emoji2]
  17. I'm supposed to intake 64oz a day and I'm barely hitting like 11-12oz....it's a bit annoying
  18. Your gonna do great! And I will! Keep us updated as soon as u can on your surgery! You got this![emoji2][emoji1377]
  19. Thank you![emoji173]️ and yes I was a little hurt by how many people attacked me I was like wow okay but whatever as long as my surgery went great that's all that matters.....and I'm doing really good! I'm actually surprised how I'm having such low pain! My incisions don't hurt at all and the only thing that's uncomfortable is the gas that's trying to exit my body but other than that I'm doing great![emoji2]
  20. Well for everyone that was concerned my surgeon said my surgery went amazing and the only pain I have is from the gas but I feel like it's almost out and the incisions don't hurt at all thank god! So maybe the weed helped in a way lol[emoji12]
  21. That's what I heard as well that u have to follow your diet very strictly so this won't happen to u....I just had surgery yesterday so I'm hoping I don't lose to much hair it's already thin as it is[emoji30]
  22. That sucks! My surgeon found mine when he did my endoscopy and he said they were common in about 85% of patient....he fixed mine when he did the surgery which is causing me a liiiittle but more pain in the center which is actually the only incision that's uncomfortable but I hope your surgeon gets u in to fix it asap so you can be on your way to a better recovery....good luck![emoji173]️
