  1. Funny... I have the same surgery date (10/6) and I'm also stalled. It's been two weeks. I have increased my protein and will see what happens. I'm sure things will continue to move eventually so I'm waiting it out. After a 42lb weight loss I will not complain.
  2. So, I'm jumping up and down. My band was removed on July and my weight increased to 237 as of my revision in October. As of today, I am 199 lbs!!!!! Yes, I have reached onederland again. I'm loving my sleeve. 38 lbs lost in 15 weeks
  3. I'm in Charles County. Maybe we can exercise together...

  6. My goal is to get my protein in... That's hard enough. In addition, I like what I like. I do enjoy the sangria herbal tea. Once I'm able to hold a little more in my sleeve, I'll visit. Maybe it will be a 2017 treat!
  7. I'm definitely missing it, but on the other hand I've saved a of money.
  8. Oh, how I miss my morning Starbucks! It's been weeks since I've indulged. I will continue to be strong and stay away! #5weekspostop
  9. I haven't started an exercise routine just because I'm eating so little. I'm not complaining... Just learning my new stomach and eating habits.
  10. I'm 4 weeks out since getting revised to the sleeve. I eat about 600 calories per day. How many calories are you eating since your surgery?
  11. The pouches of tuna are really great for on the go!
  12. Only once... Meaning once I drink one mason of Water I'll refill it with water using the same fruit. After that I through the fruit out.
  13. Me too! After surgery, I discovered that I couldn't tolerate the sugar free water flavors-crystal light, propel, G2-all tasted way too sweet and kind of bitter. Infused water has been my lifesaver. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Yes, the same for me. I don't like the taste of crystal light. I forced myself to drink it, but it wasn't working. This really works for me.
  14. That's a good balanced meal! And, you give me hope my HW 237 CW 218. How often do you workout?
  15. It really helps me to get the water down!
  16. Yesterday was the first day that I hit my Water and 60-80 Protein requirement. I'm in the soft food phase. For breakfast I had 1/2 of a boiled egg (that's all I could eat), lunch Premier Protein shake, dinner 4oz of salmon. I did become hungry again so, I made oatmeal and had 3 bites. I drunk 3 mason jars of fruit infused water. That was a high protein day with low fats and carbs. BUT, I get bored eating the same thing everyday.
  17. My picture rotated... Ugh! Oh well, you get the point. ????
