Is there a big difference between fitness pal and bariastic? I'm on bariastic right now and like it but wondering if I should switch over?

I was recommended to download the my fitness pal app from my nutritionist and it's very helpful!! Love tracking what I eat, exercise, and water intake. You can make notes and treat it as a diary.
