  4. I would think you would be ok. I had a lifting restriction and had to take off more time bc I'm a nurse and have to be able to lift/move 50lbs. Sent from my iPhone

  6. I wore what was more of a sleep bra from kohls it is made like a sports bra but not tight and was much more comfortable. I'm a DD and bought an XL and it fit fine. Sent from my iPhone

  11. I had very little pain from surgery or gas. Only took pain meds once while in the hospital and I could have gone home the same day. Once home I took very little pain medication and generally felt great other than tired. Try to ignore the fear mongers and people who are overly dramatic about everything! Sent from my iPhone
  12. I had to do two weeks of clears as well and the thing that got me through was homemade chicken broth in the slow cooker. Look up the recipe on Allrecipes.com. It is so easy and delicious and makes you feel like you are actually having real food. Sent from my iPhone
  13. I felt so terrible when it ketosis pre op that I have not tried to keep it up post op. I definitely eat low carb with Protein first but I will have carbs in veggies or occasionally a high Fiber slice of bread. Typically average 50-60 g per day. So far it's working I have lost 30 lbs since 10/25 Sent from my iPhone

  15. I don't see any problem with using the pain meds as prescribed and for the length of time prescribed. Wouldn't think there would be any need for a refill. Sent from my iPhone

  21. I am 5'5 and my surgery weight was close to yours...249. I definitely needed the surgery and am thrilled to be down to 222. There was a reason I didn't tell anyone other than my husband and my sister until literally 3 days before my scheduled surgery. I didn't want to hear what anyone else had to say. Sent from my iPhone
