Returning to work
I would think you would be ok. I had a lifting restriction and had to take off more time bc I'm a nurse and have to be able to lift/move 50lbs. Sent from my iPhone

Hospital support group
I don't go to a hospital support group even though they are offered. It would be an hour or more drive each way and I just don't have the time for that. I am doing just fine:) Sent from my iPhone

45...preop, would you wait?
I would NOT wait. You will feel so much better losing some weight before graduation pics and your cruise. At 8 weeks post op sleeve surgery I felt great. Sent from my iPhone

HELP! Freaking out - need honest feedback
I had very little pain from surgery or gas. Only took pain meds once while in the hospital and I could have gone home the same day. Once home I took very little pain medication and generally felt great other than tired. Try to ignore the fear mongers and people who are overly dramatic about everything! Sent from my iPhone

NEED SUPPORT :(
I had to do two weeks of clears as well and the thing that got me through was homemade chicken broth in the slow cooker. Look up the recipe on Allrecipes.com. It is so easy and delicious and makes you feel like you are actually having real food. Sent from my iPhone

Vsg & keto?
I felt so terrible when it ketosis pre op that I have not tried to keep it up post op. I definitely eat low carb with Protein first but I will have carbs in veggies or occasionally a high Fiber slice of bread. Typically average 50-60 g per day. So far it's working I have lost 30 lbs since 10/25 Sent from my iPhone

Stupid question, but do they strip you nude in surgery?
I don't remember anything from leaving the pre op area to waking up in recovery. I'm sure they can do that for you if you ask! Sent from my iPhone
