  12. I was told by the nurse and nutritionist that if you open the gallbladder pill and put it in cool whip- it sort of masks the taste. I luckily didn't have to take it. But many many people said it helped. A spoon full of cool whip make a little hole in it, pour the opened pill cover it up with cool whip and eat. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  18. You know what I have noticed a few days into the puréed stage.... I don't like eating. It has turned into a chore. I know that's kind of the point. Eating to live, not living to eat. Or, maybe I'm just having a day. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  20. Hello All- I am finally at the puréed food stage (sleeved 09/07) and I am looking for suggestions of what everyone ate.... that doesn't necessarily included putting meat in a blender. It kind of freaks me out. LOL. Thank you for your suggestions! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I've been slacking because I really didn't feel like it. How much Protein are you getting every day? I agree that you may have to increase a little. Will your doctor let you take a B12?
