  22. ok, so i am 11 days out of surgery and am feeling fine, and i want to know when others actually got out and started spicing up their workouts. I have been walking but i wanna ride the bike or hop on the elliptical. i was working out every day until my surgery and have always been fairly active and now since im not hurting i feel i should be doing more.
