I am a 37 year old first time mom, wife, office manager, and grad student. Been overweight my entire life except for a few years during high school and college. I was diagnosed with PCOS less than a year after I was married. We had trouble conceiving, but finally I got pregnant. My husband (who is overweight as well) started researching surgery.
