Going back to work

I am 18days post op and really wanting to get back to work on 11/22! I really feel like it will help in major ways! From activity to mood! I am a CMA in a pediatric office and on my feet 90% of the day. Thoughts on if it's a good or bad idea!

I went back to work the next week after surgery but I'm an underwriter and I sit all day. My only restriction was no lifting and I had to get up and walk every hour. Ask your surgeon.

I work in a memory care unit with alzheimers and dementia residents and I am on my feet 90% of the time. I'm 5 weeks post op and just went back to work last week. And let me tell you I've never been so sore in my life lol but it felt good to get back to work and be a lot more active

I'm a nurse and work 12+ hr shifts on my feet all day. I had 3 weeks off and it was enough. The hardest part was remembering to keep sipping all day long and trying to make the time as well to drink enough.
