  1. CW 170. 6/30/17 I'm pretty sure it's water weight, but still :-(
  2. 6/16/17 169.6. (I'm doing a colonoscopy prep, so I have a lot more fluids than usual). Goal for challenge: 159
  3. 6/2 167.8 Close, but no cigar.
  4. 5/26/17 166.8 almost to challenge goal!
  5. 5/12/17 - 170.8 boooooo! I think I'm retaining water but I'm not positive. Still boooo!
  6. My weigh in for 5/5/17 (I will be out of town so this is one day early) 169.6. Woot, woot!!!!
  7. You look fantastic! Great job and here's to better health!
  8. You look fantastic and your smile, says it all. Congrats to you for maintaining your healthy lifestyle and knowing what you need, to stay successful. You've obviously done the work mentally and physically. You're an inspiration!
  9. I'm in the same boat. It has taken me two months to lose 15 pounds - three months to lose 20. I'm not complaining - I've lost 138 pounds overall, but now it's at a tortoise pace. I'm almost 8 months post op. I've already surpassed my surgeon's goal, but I still have 40 pounds to lose to meet my goal and 60 pounds to lose as a cushion which is what the nutritionist wants me to have.
  10. CW 4/7: 175.2 GW for challenge 165 I've been losing really slowly, so just aiming for 10 pounds. However, if i hit it before the time expected, I will set a new goal.
  11. I was sleeved on 8/31/16. I stayed in the hospital for two nights, but it was because of vomiting. After the vomiting stopped, I was fine. I didnt use pain meds after the first few hours. I was cleared for the gym at the 6 weeks. I took 5 weeks off work, but I would have been fine at the 2 week mark. I really did not have any pain. The only real issue, was fatigue in the early weeks. After the fatigue passed, I had more energy than ever! HW 310 SW 278.4 CW 175 Goos luck!
  12. I'm in and thank you for doing this round, too! So glad we're starting again this week :-)
  13. 3/24 - well, did t make newest goal but at 178 so not complaining. I'm losing way more slowly since having taken off over 130 pounds. Still have another 60 to go.
