Try one egg. I have not had any problems with scrambled eggs but I sure couldn't eat two. (Still mind boggling.) Also, adding a little Water instead of milk makes them fluffier and not as heavy.

I liked adding some cottage as well

It made them very moist and went down well.

After a week, I omitted the cottage cheese and found I did well, but do not over cook the eggs so they get tough

Been eating an egg every morning since sunday with no issues. Cook it very slow. I put only a cap of skim milk. One time I added a little shredded cheese. This morning I made an easy over. eggs never tasted so good. I only have one

Yeah, I went to Breakfast with a gf the other morning. I had one fried egg, a turkey sausage patty and about 5 bites of hashbrowns. I'm starting my 6th week post open. Everything is setting fine, but can't eat too much at a time, as soon as I feel it in my belly..I stop.

OMG yes!

I made a 2 egg omelette and added a scoop of GENEPRO. It lasted me all day but was one of the first foods I ate. Made me soooo happy.. Lol

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
