This is awesome and thank you! It's such an incredible feeling to know that we're capable of running - haha!

I'm on my last week and feel empowered. Awesome that you're going to shoot for a 10K! You'll rock it I'm sure and congrats on your first (of man, I'm sure) 5K!

Stats for the Week of September 12

Hi everyone – We have 1 week left and we have seen some real progress this week towards meeting goals! Please log your final values by Friday this week if possible.

As a reminder, this will be my last challenge to run for a while. I am looking for someone to take over. If you would like to take over and run the next one (probably for Halloween) please let me know and I will send you the spreadsheet all set up and explain how to update it – It is fairly straight forward.

On with the stats!

We have 56 participating –

5 have been removed for not logging weight since the start of the challenge

We have only 1missing weight for the week so the weight is carried over

A huge congrats to the following participants who met their goal 1 week early:

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
