(A) Some idiot at work felt the need to mention that i was "chubby"

( I could get on a flight and come down there and help you punch him in the balls.

(A) Tell him that you told your parents what he said and that they are cross with him: They didn't want you to know until you were older.

( Nothing wrong with a visit, but punching him in the balls probably needs no more than one hand.
