Breast size after surgery

Recommended Posts

This is my greatest wish to lose a goodly proportion of my bust. Currently I'm a 42G and I so long for something a lot lot less as they've been the bane of my life for many years. Surgery is on Monday for me so let's up there are some new and lovely bras around the corner.

Yup, I was a 42G overflowing. I've lost pre/post op more than 35# and with my losses, my bras now fit. I'm on the tightest hook on them, though, and it won't be long before I need a smaller cup and band size.

The smallest I've ever been as an adult was a 34D in my 20's.

I've gone from a 52DD to a 42D. I don't think the cup size will decrease much from here on out. I've lost 100 pounds, but still have 40 to go. I was a C in 8th grade. I would love to be a B cup. If I get to the surgery point I will get a reduction, and most importantly put back where they belong.

84 I to 54 G 497 to 269. Praying both breasts and weight continue to shrink even more. I can't stand the pain of being so big.

I have lost 91 lbs and you will NOT believe this BUT the only size that has not changed is my bra size! They are definitely a bit less robust but for the life of me I cannot wear either a smaller band (and still breathe) or a smaller cup without "spillage". What I have had to do though is buy newer bras in the same size because the elastic had kind of stretched out in the old bras. BUT from you tube videos (check out Clusie and Kstar) most people do eventually go down in size and it may just be matter of time for me[emoji4]

Personally, this is one of the things I am most worried about. I'm a 46G and I actually like being busty. The only thing that comforts me is that most people I know (including my mother and sisters) have always said and experienced that the chest is the first thing to go when you start losing weight - but I never did during past weight losses. I would always lose through the back, but not much in the cup. However, I have no doubt that the upcoming surgery (July) will be a game-changer, so I guess we'll see what happens

I wouldn't mind going down a bit, but mostly I just want to look proportionate. I'm open to the idea of plastics later, if needed... I just would really rather not!

Victoria's Secret can help you with that no matter what your end size. ;)

Being I have had to wear a bra since I was 9 I totally get where some of the ladies with a 42G or in my case 42M bra are coming from. I am 53, and down 90+ lbs since surgery 5/6/15, I NOW wear a 38G and its full. When I take the bra off: UU
I am glad to be able to wear a normal size shirt because the BOOBS are not dictating the size, as much
I lose the weight in my waist first, for some reason, so I have been at least lucky with that. Of course the deflated 'muffin top' thing sucks too

I went from 44D to 38B.

My shoe size went from 9 Wide to 8 1/2 narrow.

My ring size went from 9 to 7.

My socks went from diabetic roomy ones to regular ladies socks.

I lost more inches around than cup size. Pre-surgery wore a 44D, now wearing 42C. The D cup was more to accommodate the fat under my arms than about breast size. Never was perky; surely aren't now (especially at my age).

These bad boys are sitting on my lap. I went from a 44F or G to a VS 36C.

If I dare step out of the house without a bra I will most likely be captured, tagged, and released back into the wild.

Well, I think I must have been wearing the wrong size pre-op because I was a 46C but now that the band size has gone down, the cup size has gone up. The girls have definitely gotten smaller and longer, and I have to "stuff" the bra to try and fill in the gapping / loss of volume at the top but going down in cup size (or even different types of bras) does not work. I am now in a 36DD.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
