Recommended Posts

So my scale, brand new bought end of January I might add has math issues!

Yesterday my weight was 193

Today I am 192.3

My scale said.... +1.2 lbs

EXCUSE ME???

Sorry boo but I'm my world that's a Loss!!

Anyone else need to check their scales "math?"

Mine is nutty or maybe just cruel! Lol

One has to wonder what your scale has been doing - up too late carousing with the toaster and the food processor? (you know what bad influences they can be!)

Lol you think I would be a better "scale parent" and know who my scale is hanging out with!

At this point I think summer school might be inevitable [emoji1]

I agree that bmi can often be just a guideline and not the Mecca some believe it to be . As long as you are healthy and happy with your weight loss, consider yourself lucky.

Those scales cannot be right !!

I ( I only weighed at the doctors office and was pleased as time went on.)

Still pleased 9 years later....

Feel successful with weight loss instead of that yo-yo

Problem I had for years!

Good luck and please keep posting. Lots of us care and want success for others!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
