I wanted to apologize, I've been crazy with work this week. My schedule has. Even totally changed around. I'm going to have the spreadsheet updated today including the formulas that reflects your current weight loss. I'm also going to start preparing for the next challenge. I'm hoping to post for that tomorrow or Friday on this thread! Stay tuned!
